A: Yes, please: We would like to have at least one participating school group.
Q: Can we have an event at our school on the surrounding dates (Friday and Monday)
A: Yes, we would like to cooperate with a school and send some of our staff and potentially an international headliner in to work with your school choir(s) and groups.
Q: What is the safeguarding policy etc. ?
A: Our local staff are DBS checked, our internationals can be if we get enough time to initiate it. Our safe guarding policy is centered around the idea that we follow the lead of the school here and that schools who participate in our event have chaperoning etc. set up. From our side we make sure that the school groups are always supervised by their staff, that <18 facilities are provided and that all the needed routes on the day do not contain any traffic crossings. Our safe guarding person would run through the whole event with yours to make sure that everything conforms to your school's standard and guidelines.
Q: Can you provide a tailored experience for our school?
A: Depending on the availability of our ensembles we would love that!
Q: Does it cost extra?
A: Yes and No. Obviously this extra work is extensive so it needs to be funded. However, there are funds available for this kind of work and we have experience in applying. If you can help financing that is good, if you cannot, please do not hesitate to approach us anyway. Once we have a set of schools who are willing to host events for young adults and children, we can approach our funding partners.
